Saltburn Holiday Lets are a collection of four newly renovated, self catering holiday homes in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, North Yorkshire. Built in the early 1990’s as a block of stables, housing 7 horses and ponies, they are now completely unrecognisable as their former selves.
In early 2020 work began on the renovations and the buildings have since been completely transformed and decorated with modern interiors, fixtures & fittings.
We have endeavoured to make sure you have everything you possibly need to enjoy your stay, but if you cant see it on our site, feel free to ask..

Andrew YoungStayed at the farm retreat which is the largest of the 4 lets. This is a really high standard of accommodation and really well equipped (each room has a Dyson hair dryer and there are tvs in every room, including the bathroom!). Great location with on site parking and car chargers. It’s about a mile walk from the beach. Already looking for dates for next year.
Simon HallidaySimply amazing!! Everyone has been done to the highest quality, even down to the Dyson hair dryers. Showers are unreal! Just what you need after a long dog walk. Hosts couldn't be helpful enough. This is the 2nd time we have stayed and will be booking again for next year very soon. Perfect if you have a dog or two!!!

Katy BarnesSecond time visiting “Barn Side” a tiny, two people / two dog, luxury holiday let in Saltburn-by-the-Sea. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a luxuriously finished bathroom and a living space that’s perfect for a few days away from home. There are so many thoughtful touches, like a welcome basket with essentials for you and your dog, little dog tags (see pictures!), dog bowls and towel, milk and orange juice in the fridge, a BBQ. And then absolutely lovely clean soft bedding and towels with soft comfy chairs and a TV with Netflix, etc. on it. You couldn’t ask for more. The garden on Barn Side is a total sun trap and it has a nice stretch of grass for the dogs. There’s also an enclosed dog field and plenty of local walks that are great to go exploring. The hosts are lovely, nothing is too much trouble. There’s a great laundry room too if you need it. I can’t recommend this place enough!
